Dishwasher

About the role

The Dishwasher supports Twin Farms’ culinary and service teams by ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are clean, sanitized, organized, and ready for use in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment by hand or using commercial dishwashing machines.
• Organize and store clean items in their designated areas.
• Stock service stations, cupboards, and kitchen areas with necessary dishes, glassware and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing and back‑of‑house areas.
• Empty, clean and sanitize trash and recycling receptacles.
• Move dishwashing supplies, chemicals and equipment from storage to workstations.
• Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as directed.
• Follow Twin Farms sanitation, food safety and workplace safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous dishwashing, kitchen, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization and sanitation.
• Dependable, punctual and willing to support culinary and service teams.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lb.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Commercial dishwashing equipment operation (training provided).
