Dishwasher – Back of House

About the role

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join the back‑of‑house team in its New York City locations. The role focuses on maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment to support high‑volume food production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the commercial dishwasher and hand‑wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and baking equipment as needed.
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans, work surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain orderly storage of clean utensils and cooking tools.
• Sort and label incoming produce deliveries.
• Perform deep‑cleaning of ovens, floors, counters, freezers, refrigerators, and grease traps on a scheduled basis.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub production areas, including stairs, sinks, bathrooms, and walls.
• Manage inventory of cleaning and restroom supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic food‑handling and sanitation knowledge.
• Strong time‑management skills and capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to lift up to 50 lb.
