About the role
Ameris Amphitheater is hiring a dishwasher. The role involves cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils, and keeping kitchen work areas clean and orderly. The employer is Legends Global, a hospitality and events agency.
Key responsibilities
- Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment and utensils, using dishwashers or by hand
- Wash china, glass, silverware, pots and pans
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- Store all equipment in its proper location
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
Required profile
- Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for long periods
- Follows safety policies and completes company-wide and job-specific safety training
