Director, Services Product Management – Embedded Finance & Platform Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is scaling a high‑value Services business for its Commercial customers and is extending the success of its Consumer model across Commercial & New Payment Flows. We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Director to define and grow the Services strategy for Embedded Finance and Platform Solutions within the CNPF organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global Embedded Finance and Platform Services strategy, including growth plans for ERP, SaaS, marketplace, procurement and fintech ecosystems.
• Build strategic relationships with platform providers such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, Ariba and fintech partners.
• Create repeatable Services offerings, set packaging, pricing, commercialization and go‑to‑market approaches, and develop business cases for embedded finance opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points into scalable product and service solutions and support regional teams in pipeline growth and execution.
• Track commercial performance, adoption metrics and share best practices across regions.
• Represent Mastercard externally at industry forums, conferences and customer engagements, providing thought leadership on embedded finance and platform monetization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Embedded Finance, Commercial Payments, Enterprise Software, B2B Fintech or Platform Strategy.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products, services or partnerships that delivered measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of commercial card payments, B2B payments, virtual cards, fintech ecosystems and platform business models.
