Director / Senior Director, Relationship Management

About the role

zerohash is seeking a dynamic Director or Senior Director of Relationship Management to lead a team of relationship managers and serve as the primary point of contact for its diverse B2B client base. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, scaling revenue, and navigating the crypto‑fintech landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with executives, business development teams, and technical experts at client organizations.
• Lead and coach a team of relationship managers, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct monthly calls, quarterly business reviews, and revenue tracking for supported clients.
• Design account‑based strategies to expand share of wallet, upsell, and co‑market.
• Channel client feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps.
• Negotiate contracts and legal agreements in line with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven B2B experience in relationship or client services management, preferably within fintech or crypto.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about partnership growth.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Track record of leading high‑performing teams and handling escalations.
