About the role
The Director of Released Product Engineering leads governance of released products, aligning functional priorities and managing manufacturing engineering and project management activities across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead governance of released products, driving functional alignment and prioritization of programs and projects.
- Lead end‑to‑end operations interface between the business, operations, and supply chain, acting as a liaison.
- Manage a team of program managers to ensure released product projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to resolve conflicting goals and prioritize optimal business solutions.
- Execute plant network optimization, manufacturing transfers, scale‑up of new products, supplier changes, vertical integration, and make‑vs‑buy analysis.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s (or 6+ years with a Master’s) in Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering or equivalent; 10+ years preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent; Master’s in engineering or business administration preferred; Lean Six Sigma or Design for Reliability certifications preferred.

- Competitive salary range $155,000‑$259,000 per year depending on location.
