Business Excellence Specialist

About the role

Applies advanced and wide‑ranging knowledge to drive execution of tangible performance and end‑to‑end process improvement projects using excellence tools and methodologies. Supports the culture of Execution Excellence and leverages AI to scale these practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance and end‑to‑end process improvement projects using continuous improvement, Agile, and project management tools.
• Facilitate workshops and monthly performance reviews to ensure functional alignment with business strategy.
• Deploy Execution Excellence tools such as Process Management, Change Management and Performance Management, incorporating AI.
• Diagnose and resolve complex cross‑functional issues, providing strategic solutions and technical guidance.
• Standardize and simplify business processes through analysis, optimization, AI and automation to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a Master’s in Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to meet the physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.

What we offer

• Pay range $128,000‑$204,000 per year.
• Annual incentive bonus and potential long‑term incentives.
