Director, Product Management - AI

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management to own and grow its next‑generation AI and data product portfolio. The role will shape product vision, drive strategy, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission to empower businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI‑driven solutions, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, data, security, and compliance—to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.
• Partner with security and compliance groups to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Own product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring commercial viability and user‑centric design.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management leadership, preferably within technology or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into product strategy.
• Excellent collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of delivering AI or data‑focused products to market.
