Director of Social Media & Content

About the role

Pixi, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to shape and amplify its digital presence. As the Director of Social Media & Content, you will drive brand awareness and community engagement across all social platforms, working closely with marketing, creative, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including live content, aligned with brand values.
• Lead the creation of high‑impact visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter) and the company website.
• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators.
• Oversee platform performance, stay current with updates, and optimize engagement.
• Engage with the online community, encouraging user‑generated content and timely interaction.
• Maintain brand consistency in style, tone, and quality across all digital touchpoints.
• Track metrics with analytics tools, produce regular performance reports, and inform strategic decisions.
• Control the social media and content budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading social media and content teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a data‑driven mindset.
