Director of Revenue Management (Remote Options)

About the role

The Driskill, a flagship Hyatt Unbound Collection hotel in Austin, is seeking a Director of Revenue Management. This senior leader will drive pricing, distribution and inventory strategies to maximize room and F&B revenue while supporting the hotel’s historic brand and modern luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the revenue management and reservation teams in developing transient and group pricing and inventory restrictions.
• Collaborate with ownership, asset managers, the Director of Sales and the General Manager on commercial strategy.
• Implement resort‑wide sales and pricing recommendations across all channels and Hyatt revenue systems.
• Manage luxury rate strategies with consortia and distribution partners to grow market share.
• Analyze monthly performance, produce reporting, and adjust tactics to out‑perform competitors.
• Communicate results and strategy to regional, corporate, and ownership stakeholders.
• Execute Hyatt corporate revenue initiatives and uphold Americas Revenue standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hotel revenue management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for analysts and managers.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a track record of increasing market share and profitability.
• Ability to build effective relationships with owners, corporate leaders and sales teams.
