Director of Quality

About the role

Juggernaut is seeking a Director of Quality to build and lead its quality function from the ground up. This senior position will shape the quality strategy for rugged smartphone protection products and ensure compliance across two local manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System.
• Lead and develop a quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control for injection‑molded components and assemblies.
• Conduct failure analysis, root‑cause investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, scorecards, and incoming inspection.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare for and lead ISO 9001 certification activities.
• Track key quality metrics such as defect rates, first‑pass yield, and customer returns.
• Ensure compliance with product safety standards, regulations, and customer contract requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading quality functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build QMS from scratch and achieve ISO 9001 certification.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on accountability.
