About the role
The Director of Project Management owns the project‑management function across Creature’s active portfolio, safeguarding margin, contracts and client relationships. This senior leader develops the PM bench, builds estimating discipline and acts as the strategic counterweight to Field Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own P&L, margin generation and estimating discipline across all active projects.
- Lead and develop the team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Maintain primary client and contract relationships, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with Field Operations to manage handoffs, dispute resolution and tie‑break protocols.
- Drive cross‑functional value creation and scalability of the project management platform.
Required profile
- Ownership mentality, strategic rigor and strong communication to protect margin and client relationships.
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with proven P&L ownership.
Required skills
- Estimating and cost forecasting.
- Change‑order and claims management.
- Contract administration.
- Project controls and reporting system development.
