Director of Product Management – Portals & AI Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of our digital experience platform for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. The role will shape how customers interact with our risk‑assessment solutions, driving innovation in user experience, workflow efficiency and AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi‑year product vision and strategy for the digital experience platform.
• Lead product discovery by engaging investigators, fraud analysts, compliance teams and other users to uncover unmet needs.
• Partner with design, engineering and data‑science teams to prototype, test and iterate on new features.
• Identify and deliver AI and automation capabilities that improve user productivity while meeting security and compliance requirements.
• Champion world‑class, consumer‑grade user experience across complex investigative workflows.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience at the intersection of enterprise software and consumer‑focused design.
• Strong track record of delivering digital platforms that simplify access to insights and streamline workflows.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with design, engineering, data science and compliance stakeholders.
• Willingness to work remotely within the continental United States or in a hybrid arrangement from a US office.
