Director of Performance Marketing & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Director of Performance Marketing & Growth to own paid acquisition for our flagship law‑firm client. You will combine AI‑driven automation with deep PPC expertise to scale performance while maintaining strong unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid digital performance, primarily Google Search/PPC, across a multi‑million‑dollar budget.
• Drive core metrics such as CPA, ROAS, acquisition cost and revenue, taking full accountability for outcomes.
• Scale acquisition volume without degrading efficiency, using AI and automation before adding headcount.
• Partner with technical specialists to define and own SEO strategy and results.
• Develop a repeatable operating model and playbook to expand the performance system to new practice areas and partner firms.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to translate a proven account into a scalable platform.

Required profile

• 6–12 years of experience, preferably at Senior Manager or Director level, with recent hands‑on PPC work.
• Track record of managing $3M+ annual paid digital spend.
• Direct responsibility for CPA, ROAS, acquisition cost or similar performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to scale paid acquisition while improving economics.
• Practical experience applying AI or automation to boost marketing performance.
• Stable employment history with clear explanations for any short tenures.
