Director of Metro District Management

About the role

The Director of Metro District Management is a strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping Cohere’s metro district service line, standardising delivery, and embedding the Community Building Model™ into governance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Cohere’s metro district operating model, covering governance, financial management, pricing and service standards.
• Build repeatable systems, playbooks and workflows to ensure consistency across all metro engagements.
• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and senior leadership on metro‑related proposals, market expansion and deal structuring.
• Develop financial models, budgeting and forecasting tools in collaboration with Finance, and create reporting dashboards for performance and profitability.
• Represent Cohere in the metro district ecosystem, cultivating relationships with developers, attorneys, financial advisors and other industry partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in metro district or community‑scale real‑estate operations.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of designing scalable governance and financial frameworks.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to work with senior leadership, finance, and external partners.

Required skills
