Director of Marketing – Integrated Entities & Self‑Perform Work

About the role

DPR is seeking a senior marketing leader to shape strategy, positioning, and customer engagement for its Self‑Perform Work division, Family of Companies and other assigned business entities. The role partners with entity, operational and business development leaders to translate market dynamics into differentiated go‑to‑market plans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead marketing strategy, market positioning, and go‑to‑market priorities for Self‑Perform Work, Family of Companies and assigned entities.
• Collaborate with entity leadership, operational teams and business development to align marketing direction with overall business strategy and customer needs.
• Oversee integrated marketing, communications, content, digital presence and brand visibility initiatives that support growth.
• Strengthen alignment across entities, business units and enterprise initiatives through portfolio storytelling, capability positioning and differentiated value propositions.
• Lead, coach and develop marketing and communications teams, ensuring performance management and capability building.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitive dynamics to inform long‑term strategic positioning.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level marketing experience, preferably within multi‑entity or construction‑related organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into clear market positioning and growth plans.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
