About the role

The Director of Finance and Accounting serves as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support brand objectives and deliver exceptional service to guests and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to improve profitability and support new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, monitor actual versus projected performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Implement and maintain robust accounting controls and risk‑management systems to safeguard assets.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of integrity and sound decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree in the same fields with no required experience.
