Director of Experiential & Events

About the role

7AI is looking for a Director of Experiential & Events to shape and own its experiential marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating memorable brand moments at flagship industry conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and regional events, ensuring every experience drives real business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall experiential marketing strategy, covering flagship events, executive experiences, and regional/channel activations.
• Lead 7AI’s presence at major security conferences from concept and design through on‑site execution.
• Own program budgets, manage vendors, venues, and production partners, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Build and scale the experiential marketing function, partnering with sales, brand, and product teams.
• Measure the impact of each experience (brand recall, relationship building, pipeline influence) and iterate for improvement.
• Travel regularly to oversee on‑site event execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing, with full ownership of large‑scale programs.
• Proven track record of delivering flagship events that leave a lasting impression.
• Expertise in managing production vendors, venues, and end‑to‑end budgets.
• Ability to build a program area from scratch and mentor other event or field marketers.
• Strong design sensibility and the judgment to earn trust from technical, risk‑averse audiences.
• Background in high‑touch environments such as luxury hospitality, elite entertainment, fashion, or similar.
