Director of Demand Generation

About the role

Second Front Systems is looking for a senior leader to own and scale its integrated demand generation engine, driving measurable pipeline growth across acquisition, retention, expansion and strategic market engagement for mission‑critical national security technology.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own quarterly and annual sales‑qualified pipeline targets, accountable for revenue contribution, efficiency and ROI.
• Design and execute an integrated demand strategy spanning digital paid media, lifecycle nurturing, events, partnerships, ABM and sales‑led programs.
• Lead the full‑funnel demand engine, aligning awareness, pipeline acceleration and expansion activities.
• Drive paid media across LinkedIn, Google, retargeting and emerging platforms while optimizing web, landing pages and conversion rates.
• Build and scale SEO, AEO and content‑driven inbound programs and develop attribution models that tie multi‑channel activity to pipeline.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience with a proven record of generating sales‑qualified pipeline.
• Hands‑on expertise in paid media strategy, agency management and full‑funnel demand systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect activity to pipeline, attribution and revenue performance.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous startup or scale‑up environments.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
