Director of Brand Marketing

About the role

NOYZ is looking for a self‑motivated, strategic Director of Brand Marketing to serve as the right hand to the SVP of Marketing. You will shape brand initiatives, lead key priorities and translate broader direction into exceptional execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for new product launches and core replenishments, from positioning and narrative development through channel rollout and post‑launch analysis.
• Oversee creative asset requests and maintain integrated campaign calendars across multiple departments.
• Own the execution of experiential events, community activations, influencer trips, out‑of‑home placements, partnerships and other brand touchpoints, managing agencies and external partners.
• Partner with Direct‑to‑Consumer teams to ensure brand alignment, storytelling and messaging across initiatives, driving revenue and storytelling opportunities.
• Develop and maintain brand launch toolkits, CDJs and cross‑functional assets, including messaging hierarchies, key claims and consumer‑facing materials.
• Act as brand guardian by reviewing and approving creative across all formats to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, voice and aesthetic.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand marketing leadership.
• Experience leading GTM execution for consumer‑focused product launches.
• Strong ability to translate strategic direction into detailed, on‑budget execution.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, agencies and external partners.
