About the role

The College of Medicine at UAMS Northwest seeks a visionary leader to direct admissions and recruitment for its accelerated 3‑Year MD program and the new 6‑Year BS/MD program. The role blends strategic enrollment management with community outreach to meet regional physician workforce goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and admissions for the 3‑Year MD and 6‑Year BS/MD programs at the Northwest Regional Campus.
• Coordinate campus tours, informational meetings, and recruitment events at regional colleges and high schools.
• Manage student orientation, clinical site placements, and curriculum scheduling for both programs.
• Represent the College of Medicine at fairs, conventions, and community partner meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with at least five years of admissions or student services experience.
• Two years of progressive experience in higher education or research administration.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
