Director of Admissions

About the role

The Director of Admissions leads a comprehensive admissions and enrollment program that reflects the Catholic identity, mission, and values of St. Louis Catholic School. Acting as the primary ambassador, the Director builds relationships with prospective families from initial inquiry through enrollment and transition into the school community.

Key responsibilities

• Present the school to prospective families through tours, open houses, shadow visits, and orientations.
• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, including communication, FACTS portal administration, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain admissions marketing materials across the website, social media, newsletters, and print.
• Collaborate with parish leadership, local businesses, childcare centers, and religious education programs to generate inquiries.
• Prepare statistical and enrollment reports for the Principal and support front‑office operations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in school admissions or equivalent sales/recruiting role.
• Knowledge of basic Catholic Church teachings and ability to serve as a professional ambassador.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the FACTS admissions application portal.
• Experience in website content management, social media, and digital communications platforms.
• Familiarity with enrollment management platforms and related technology.
