Director, Investor Relations

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead and expand its global IR program from the Fort Worth office. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community, communicating Alcon’s strategy, performance, and growth story.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage Alcon’s worldwide investor relations strategy.
• Coordinate ongoing engagement with sell‑side analysts, institutional investors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver investment messages, quarterly and annual reporting materials, and board presentations.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across finance, corporate communications, legal and business planning teams.
• Conduct investor‑targeting analytics and monitor market expectations throughout the reporting cycle.
• Partner with Legal to plan the Annual General Meeting and lead corporate governance outreach.
• Manage content for the investor relations section of Alcon’s corporate website.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investor relations or corporate finance at a senior level.
• Strong collaboration and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives.
