Director, Integrated & Field Marketing (North America)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Marketing Director to lead integrated and field marketing for Development Cloud across North America. The role partners with strategy, sales, product marketing and regional teams to build brand awareness, generate pipeline and accelerate customer engagement for the industry‑leading clinical, regulatory and safety platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns including digital, account‑based marketing, field events, webinars, executive programs and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Europe marketing to create annual integrated plans and share best practices.
• Partner with sales to strengthen customer engagement through events, conferences and advocacy initiatives.
• Measure performance, evaluate business impact and continuously optimize programs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive experience in integrated or field marketing, demand generation or go‑to‑market roles within B2B enterprise software or cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑channel marketing programs across global and regional teams in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong cross‑functional partnership skills with senior product, sales and strategy leaders.
• Excellent project management, analytical and communication abilities.
