Director, HR Business Partner – Beyond Yoga

About the role

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to serve as the HR Business Partner for Beyond Yoga, a premium active‑lifestyle brand now part of Levi Strauss & Co. Reporting to the VP, HRBP Commercial, you will guide HR initiatives across retail operations, new store openings, and the broader employee life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive talent strategy, including assessment, development, succession planning, and workforce modeling for a growing retail fleet.
• Partner with executives and HR colleagues to align organizational effectiveness with overall business strategy.
• Implement the HR business plan, delivering performance management, engagement action planning, and HR programs.
• Manage core HR processes such as annual reviews, Workday transactions, reporting, and talent planning.
• Support talent acquisition from recruitment through onboarding, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
• Provide coaching, communication, and policy guidance to increase employee engagement.
• Design and deliver small‑scale organizational interventions and executive coaching as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate business goals into HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of building performance‑driven cultures.
