Director, HEOR & RWE Neurology Lead

About the role

The Director, HEOR & RWE Neurology Lead will shape evidence strategies for Servier's neurology portfolio, from early development through launch and lifecycle management, ensuring clinical, economic and humanistic value is demonstrated to regulators, payers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of HEOR/RWE strategies for marketed and pipeline neurology assets, including BMD and DMD.
• Design and oversee evidence generation plans such as burden‑of‑illness studies, natural history studies, comparative effectiveness research, economic models and value dossiers.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial and Regulatory teams to close evidence gaps and support launch readiness.
• Represent Servier at scientific meetings, advisory boards and external collaborations with clinicians, payers and patient groups.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, MS, MD) in Health Outcomes, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive HEOR/RWE experience in pharma or consulting, with leadership of strategy for pipeline assets and at least one major product launch.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. regulatory and payer landscape and ability to translate evidence into actionable value narratives.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership, project management and people‑management skills in a matrix organization.
