Director, Global Order-to-Cash Transformation

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an operational leader to partner with engineering, finance, and accounting teams to redesign its global Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) function. The role will define a multi‑year roadmap, build scalable processes, and introduce automation and AI‑driven tools to support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and milestones for global O2C transformation, covering order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Assess the current end‑to‑end state, identify constraints on scale, and prioritize programs with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
• Develop operating metrics and reporting (cycle times, error rates, touchless transaction rates, revenue leakage, cost to serve) for leadership visibility.
• Design scalable, controlled processes from the ground up, applying structured process design and continuous‑improvement methodology.
• Standardize O2C processes globally across regions, entities, channels, and business models, eliminating ad‑hoc exception handling.
• Establish operating rhythms, escalation paths, and service‑level agreements across the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.
• Build the operational infrastructure and automation needed to handle high‑volume, touchless transactions.
