Director, Digital Product

About the role

Thesis is seeking a Director of Digital Product to own the end‑to‑end digital customer experience and turn it into a durable growth engine. You will be accountable for the commercial performance of the ecommerce and subscription experience across acquisition, education, personalization, conversion, subscription, account management and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage a focused digital product roadmap tied to revenue, conversion, average order value, activation, retention, lifetime value and customer satisfaction.
• Lead conversion‑rate optimisation across landing pages, quizzes, product detail pages, offer architecture, cart, checkout, upsells, subscriptions and account management.
• Build a high‑velocity experimentation system with clear hypotheses, prioritisation, statistical rigour and post‑test learning.
• Drive personalization using behavioural and zero‑party data to improve product discovery, scientific education and recommendation relevance.
• Integrate modern AI tools into product development to accelerate research, prototyping, quality assurance and decision‑making.
• Identify and launch customer‑facing AI solutions that enhance the user journey.

Required profile

• Strong product judgement combined with deep conversion‑rate optimisation expertise.
• Ability to translate customer insights into hypotheses, experiments, launches and measurable results.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and enthusiasm for using them to accelerate product research, personalization and operations.
