Director, Data Analytics & Intelligence

About the role

Bloom Ads is looking for a strategic, technically fluent Director to lead its Data Analytics & Intelligence function. Reporting to the SVP of Agency Integration, you will shape the measurement ecosystem that links media spend to business outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data professionals, setting standards for analytical rigor and storytelling.
• Design and evolve enterprise analytics and measurement frameworks across clients, industries, and media channels.
• Develop and apply Marketing Mix Modeling, closed‑loop attribution, incrementality testing and other causal measurement approaches.
• Build forecasting, optimization, propensity and segmentation models using statistical and machine‑learning techniques.
• Oversee campaign measurement programs, geo‑experiments, A/B tests and test‑and‑learn initiatives.
• Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading marketing analytics or measurement engagements in an agency, media, or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive client impact.
• Deep understanding of modern advertising measurement, including MMM, attribution, and multi‑touch analytics.
• Strong communication skills to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
