Director, Corporate Accounts – Aesthetics

About the role

The Director, Corporate Accounts – Aesthetics will act as a strategic growth architect for SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science, deepening partnerships with top national medspa groups, dermatology networks and corporate partners. This remote position blends commercial excellence, science‑based storytelling and collaborative leadership to boost brand presence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for top‑tier national accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, partnership planning and annual joint business reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Education teams to activate marketing and training programs that drive sell‑through.
• Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities and drive operational excellence through forecasting, reporting and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain deep understanding of partner business models, strategic priorities and market trends.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with field sales, finance and supply‑chain functions.
• Champion brand values and clinical positioning within partner networks.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in national account management, business development or key‑account leadership within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical or skincare industry.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with national medspa groups, dermatology networks and corporate partners.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess performance and drive profitability.
• Experience leading contract negotiations and joint business reviews.
