Director, Commercial Integration & Revenue Performance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive the commercial integration and revenue performance strategy for its partnership with Recorded Future. The role will shape the operating model that aligns sales, customer success, product, finance and operations teams across regions, ensuring the partnership delivers sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial integration strategy between Mastercard and Recorded Future.
• Design, implement and continuously improve operating models that foster collaboration across customer‑facing and support functions.
• Identify and act on process improvement opportunities to enhance alignment and execution globally.
• Establish scalable frameworks, governance structures and best practices to support long‑term commercial success.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and drive adoption of integration programs across stakeholder groups.
• Partner with regional leaders to monitor and improve revenue performance and overall business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial integration or go‑to‑market initiatives in a global, multi‑functional environment.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders and build structured processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration.
