Digital Transformation Leader – Principal Consultant

About the role

As a Principal Consultant in Infosys Strategic Design & Consulting, you will guide global enterprises through large‑scale digital transformation initiatives. You will translate ambiguous business goals into clear roadmaps, governance structures and executive‑ready materials, helping clients modernize core platforms, improve lifecycle visibility and enable connected ways of working across technology, operations and business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation programs covering platform modernization, engineering, integration and release planning.
• Develop and present transformation roadmaps, risk dashboards, financial models and executive briefs to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams of architects, technical leads, SMEs, QA, vendors and business users to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage Agile and hybrid delivery cycles, including backlog grooming, sprint execution, UAT, release orchestration and go‑live readiness.
• Drive adoption, training and governance frameworks to realize measurable business value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• 15+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, large‑scale digital transformation, enterprise platform modernization or program management.
• Proven track record leading client‑facing programs with senior stakeholder engagement and delivery accountability.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hartford, CT (or Indianapolis, IN or Raleigh, NC) and travel to project locations as needed.
