Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our marketing initiatives for a fast‑growing commercial real‑estate organization. The role is fully remote and works on U.S. Eastern Time business hours, reporting to the Commercial Real Estate Team Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and paid‑social campaigns, including setup, testing, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Create, segment, and deploy email marketing campaigns and manage audience targeting strategies.
• Develop and maintain offering memorandums, listing packages and other property marketing collateral.
• Manage CRM databases, ensure data hygiene, import and segment prospect lists, and build automated marketing workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to generate content, automate communications, and support AI‑driven campaign execution.
• Coordinate marketing launches, track leads, and support outbound marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly resourceful generalist comfortable moving between creative work, data management and campaign execution.
• Self‑starter who enjoys ownership, independent problem‑solving and building systematic processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
