About the role

Peachy is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media, SEO, and AI‑search visibility across its growing network of wellness studios. The role combines hands‑on campaign execution with strategic oversight, ensuring that paid and organic channels drive growth while delivering a seamless digital experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid media performance on paid social and paid search for the entire Peachy portfolio, setting creative strategy and testing plans.
• Partner with media agencies to align targeting, audience segmentation, and creative messaging with business goals, continuously optimizing for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support paid media needs across all Peachy studios, balancing brand‑level priorities with local performance.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow organic visibility, relevance, and traffic quality.
• Own GEO/AEO initiatives, positioning Peachy content favorably in AI‑driven search and answer experiences.
• Serve as the digital marketing point of view for channel mix, budget allocation, and measurement, answering cross‑functional queries.
• Collaborate on the digital customer journey, improving site experience and booking flows for high conversion.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage digital marketing budgets with agency and leadership to maximize ROI.
• Stay current on platform changes and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading paid social and paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Comfortable working both in detailed campaign dashboards and high‑level strategic discussions.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple studio‑level initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.
