Digital Manufacturing Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé USA as a Digital Manufacturing Specialist supporting the Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) platform at the Burlington factory. You will help integrate and improve digital tools that connect PLC programs, Wonderware, SAP and Power BI to boost operational visibility and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of DMO projects, coordinating with corporate product owners, OEMs and cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and IT.
• Integrate DMO modules with factory systems (PLC, Wonderware, SAP, Power BI) to enable reporting on efficiency and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SQL and Power BI.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, resolve system issues, manage upgrades and mitigate risks.
• Create SOPs, train users and build super‑user capability across departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with MES or digital manufacturing systems.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments and collaborating across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
