Digital Identity Senior Consultant

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant for its growing Digital Identity team, based in Boston with additional locations in New York City and Washington DC-McLean. The role sits within the identity and access management practice and offers a hybrid workplace combining in-person work in local offices and client sites with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, train and coach interns and consultants, helping them complete project work plans
• Identify risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
• Build relationships with client personnel and professional associates
• Under the direction of managers, take responsibility for decisions on project scope and work plans, staffing, deliverables and methodologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, computer science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in professional services or industry
• Interest in identity governance, privileged access management, customer identity management and secrets and key management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrixed organization and to communicate technical challenges to client executives
• Supervisory experience, including mentoring, oversight and review of work

Required skills

• Identity governance and administration, including user access lifecycle management
• Role-based access control, including role mining and design
• Directory technologies such as Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP or virtual directories
• Preferred: Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, Entra ID / Azure AD, SailPoint, Veza, Ping Identity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access

What we offer

• Salary range of $112,000-$168,000, with a 10% bonus target
