Digital Delivery Project Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Digital Delivery Project Manager to act as the primary representative on a major aviation capital improvement program in Dallas. The role blends project leadership, client engagement, and oversight of digital delivery standards across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison with the client, providing trusted advice on project delivery and digital transformation.
• Lead scope development, schedule oversight, risk management and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Manage project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and change management.
• Develop, implement and govern BIM standards, information requirements and digital delivery processes across multiple projects.
• Establish integrated data architectures to enable consistent information flow between design, construction and operations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and technology providers to align with program standards.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience delivering complex infrastructure, transportation or aviation capital improvement programs.
• Strong client engagement experience, acting as a trusted advisor to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce BIM standards and digital delivery governance on large programs.

Required skills

• BIM standards and execution planning.
• Common Data Environment (CDE) principles.
• Enterprise data architecture and data governance.
• Autodesk ecosystem – Revit, Forma and Tandem.
• Model governance and data quality management.
