Digital and Data Enablement Project Manager

About the role

The Digital and Data Enablement Project Manager works within Global Talent Operations to drive the delivery of strategic talent technology projects worldwide, bridging strategy and technology implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex, global talent technology projects, including system implementations, updates, decommissioning, and data/reporting initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, risk and issue mitigation, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment across technical teams, vendors, member firms, and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience on large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives or enterprise talent platforms.
• 3+ years product management experience owning roadmaps, backlogs and release delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Learning Technology, Human Resources or equivalent.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management in a global, virtual environment.
• Analytical mindset to translate data, user feedback and platform trends into actionable recommendations.
