Digital Admin Support / Content Operations Coordinator

About the role

Quadmark is looking for a Digital Admin Support professional to work as a Content Operations Coordinator. The remote position manages digital learning content workflows, configures systems, runs quality assurance checks, and ensures accuracy across Learning Management Systems and content management frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LMS content operations, including configuration, publishing, and scheduling.
• Conduct systematic quality assurance audits on learning content, system links, and media assets.
• Utilize Google Sheets, data formulas, and digital management tools to log and track content activities.
• Troubleshoot system‑level content errors and resolve operational issues before escalation.
• Apply AI tools and automation protocols to optimise digital content management workflows.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with experience working on digital platforms, LMS tools, or content operations.
• Strong competencies in quality assurance, problem investigation, digital content lifecycle management, multitasking, and cross‑market team communication.
