DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to lead our Site Reliability Engineering initiatives at a fast‑growing RegTech SaaS company. You will design automated deployment processes, build infrastructure as code, and ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated deployment and configuration management systems.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) scripts for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing and security checks.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to guarantee service availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to define SLOs/SLIs and conduct blameless post‑incident reviews.
• Design high‑availability architectures and perform capacity planning.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven ability to design fault‑tolerant, scalable infrastructure.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, security and product teams.
