Key responsibilities

• Document and elicit business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide development teams.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories, and maintain coding standards.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
