Designer - Sleep & Loungewear

About the role

We are looking for a creative Designer to join the sleep and loungewear team of an established apparel manufacturing company. The role focuses on developing seasonal collections that blend comfort, style, and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct trend and market research to inform design direction.
• Sketch silhouette designs and develop seasonal concept boards.
• Create fabrications, color palettes, prints, and trims.
• Produce detailed tech packs for development and production.
• Collaborate with production teams to secure approvals and ensure design integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant design experience in apparel.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
