Fashion Designer – Very Sexy Collection

About the role

Join Victoria’s Secret & Co as a Designer for the Very Sexy collection, creating commercially viable product designs that align with brand strategy and consumer trends. You will work closely with merchandising, marketing, and product development teams to bring fresh, on‑trend lingerie to market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal designs focusing on style, fit, color, print, and fabric.
• Produce design sketches, prototypes, and detailed tech packs with specifications.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and finalize for production.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners throughout the design process.
• Maintain accurate colored line sheets and update the PLM system as the source of truth.
• Conduct market and trend research to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and internal company showcases.
• Support custom requests and contribute to regular internal presentations.

Required profile

• Strong passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and its aesthetic.
• Solid understanding of fashion trends and consumer needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet budget and timeline constraints.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and agility.

Required skills
