About the role

DiLeonardo is seeking a Designer to join its hospitality design team. The role involves collaborating on all phases of design for large‑scale international projects, offering accelerated professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Work on multiple phases of design, collaborating with both large and small project teams.
  • Maintain consistent project teams through various project stages and support individual professional interests and growth.

Required profile

  • Degree from an accredited architectural or design school.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience, hospitality design experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of building documentation, construction detailing, design process, specifications and consultant coordination.
  • Strong leadership, organization and analytical abilities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe suites.
  • AutoCAD.
  • Revit.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Deltek Vision (a plus).
