About the role
Rogo is building a next‑generation AI platform for finance and needs a Design Engineer to own the design system, create delightful interactions, and ensure a polished, unified experience across its product suite.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the design system in Figma and code, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
- Conceptualize and implement moments of delight across web and product experiences, raising the overall craft level.
- Build browser‑native, accessible, reusable React components using NextJS and animation libraries.
Required profile
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑intensity startup environments.
- Self‑directed, autonomous, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind, with a strong ownership mindset.
Required skills
- Strong frontend engineering experience with React and NextJS.
- Proficiency with design/animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.
- Expertise in Figma, especially creating code‑compatible design systems.
