Design Consultant – Outside Sales (Commission)

About the role

Join Renewal by Andersen as a Design Consultant focusing on outside sales. You will meet qualified homeowners, present replacement window and patio door solutions, and earn commission based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in scheduled in‑home consultations.
• Understand customer needs and design customized replacement window and patio door solutions.
• Present Renewal by Andersen products, pricing, financing, and warranty options.
• Guide homeowners through a consultative purchasing process.
• Maintain customer information and follow‑up activities within Salesforce.
• Generate referrals and self‑generated business opportunities.
• Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven history of succeeding in commission‑driven sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence presenting and closing in a customer's home.
• Self‑discipline and personal accountability.
• Coachability and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
