Deployment Strategist – SOCOM/CENTCOM

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist you will collaborate with engineers, product, and growth teams to deploy software that tackles the most urgent problems faced by government customers. Your mission is to synthesize disparate insights into a clear understanding of user needs, product requirements, and impact opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Go onsite to meet end users, uncover critical questions and major pain points.
• Identify relevant features through deep engagement and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them in a stable, extensible way.
• Embed with Engineering and Product teams to feed field insights back into Code Metal’s offerings.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to ensure broad adoption.
• Become a trusted teammate, drive adoption, keep customers satisfied, and deliver demos to existing and new customers.
• Scope potential engagements with new customer groups, advocates, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Former operators who are deeply respected by their communities.
• Deep understanding of customers, gained by having walked a mile in their shoes.
• Strong relationships across relevant US Government organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and hold an active U.S. security clearance.
