Job description

About the role

You own Sable's deployments from the moment a customer signs. You scope the deployment, build the journeys, get Aidan performing, and take it live, directly interacting with the customer's leadership and Sable's engineers.

Key responsibilities

Own deployments end‑to‑end, from the first scoping call to a fully live solution.
Build and tune journeys, identify gaps in Aidan’s behavior, and ship fixes within the same week.
Maintain the customer relationship, lead calls, make commitments, and own the ROI case.
Work directly with engineering to turn feedback into specifications, prioritize work, and close the loop when shipped.
Document each deployment as a playbook to enable scalable roll‑outs.

Required profile

Strong generalist who enjoys solving customer problems and delivering fixes.
Fast learner, obsessed with personal and systems improvement; proactively fixes issues.
Customer‑obsessed, knows the customer’s product, metrics, and priorities deeply.
Thrives in ambiguity, defining needs and scoping solutions with guidance from the founding team.
