Deployment Specialist

About the role

You will turn signed contracts into live, working deployments for home health and hospice agencies. The role requires both technical depth to understand the platform and strong people skills to engage executives and frontline staff on the same day. As a foundational hire, you will shape the deployment function and set onboarding standards for future clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployments for home health and hospice agencies, from discovery through go‑live, mapping org structure, payer mix, workflows and SOPs into platform configuration.
• Configure and deploy Claim Health’s AI agents to match partner workflows across intake, authorization and revenue operations.
• Translate client requests into precise product specifications that engineering can act on, and create deployment playbooks and onboarding guides.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for clinical, RCM and operations staff, and present readouts to C‑suite executives.

Required profile

• Meticulous organization with ability to manage multiple client configurations simultaneously without slip‑ups.
• Strong process fluency to understand and improve existing workflows.
• First‑principles problem‑solver who can identify root causes and propose better solutions.
• Calm under pressure and capable of owning deployments from start to finish.
