About the role

As a Department Manager at H&M’s Tanger Outlets in Fort Worth, you will lead a team to deliver an excellent customer experience, drive sales and ensure visual standards. You will create an inclusive, collaborative culture while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the omni‑channel customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial presentation follows global guidelines.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, develop action plans to meet targets and improve profitability.
• Manage daily operations including fitting room, checkout, returns, stock levels and visual merchandising.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate team members, handling scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring garment care and visual quality.
